Policies
Room rates are double occupancy and include continental breakfast. Rates vary according to the dates selected and are subject to sales and occupancy taxes. A two-night minimum applies on weekends, holidays and special events. The Inn is entirely non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Upon booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate for the length of stay is required.
Cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit less a $25.00 cancelation fee. Cancellations made less than fourteen days before arrival forfeit the entire deposit. Cancellations made on the day of arrival or shortened stays after check-in will be charged the full amount of the confirmed reservation.
Upon check-in, a valid photo ID and a credit card are required.
Children over the age of 6 are welcome to stay in their parents' room, provided that Innkeepers are notified at the time of booking and the total allowed occupancy of the room is not exceeded. Children are to be supervised at all times. The safety of your children is a priority.
We have a strict check-in time policy, so please note:
Check-in time is 4 PM to 8 PM. Arrival times later than 8 PM must be approved in advance at the time of booking, in order to ensure that there is an available staff member present. If you have any questions, please contact us at theglendalespringsinn@gmail.com before booking your room.
